Located on the Lakeside way, at the west end of Kielder Waterside, Tethered Cloud offers visitors a sheltered space from which they can enjoy the lakeside and scenery.
It is made from large upright timber sections surrounding an enclosed meeting area with various seating options.
The 'Cloud' itself is fabricated as an inflated stainless steel three-dimensional form with an opening through its centre that frames the sky.

Tethered Cloud is located at the western edge of Kielder Waterside on the Lakeside Way.
Kielder Waterside Park is also home to other structures within the Kielder Art & Architecture programme; Mapping Minigolf, Shapling, Human Burrow and Shadow.
