Hosting events in Kielder Water & Forest Park

At Kielder Water & Forest Park we're always happy to host events. As a large working forest and reservoir, there are certain requirements event organisers should meet. Please follow the event application process below. Contact the Forestry Commission Recreation Ranger Team on 01434 250 209 or send us an email to discuss your requirements and obtain an event booking form.

Events on the Lakeside Way

If you would like to hold an event on the new, multi user trail that encircles the shoreline of Kielder Water, please view our terms and conditions first (you may also find this map useful). If you are eligible, please fill in the booking form and return to the Forestry Commission Recreation Ranger Team on the above email.
