Kielder Water & Forest Park Development Trust invites expression of interest from artists, designers and architects to design a new mountain bike shelter and viewpoint on Purdom Pike.

The creation of a new shelter on the Lonesome Pine mountainbike trail as it crosses the high point of Purdom Pike offers a rare opportunity to create a new art and architectural work at this remote but extraordinary location. 

The commission is open to all artists, designers and architects, and we are particularly interested in hearing from people coming from backgrounds that are less well represented in the arts.
