There are several shops onsite and in the near by villages for grocery needs and retail therapy. Bellingham especially has a variety of shops including a Co-op.

Tower Knowe Visitor Centre contains a shop and information centre. Anglers purchase fishing permits, starter packs and bait as well as souvenirs, ice creams, post cards, soft toys and some outdoor wear.

At the shop onsite at Kielder Waterside you can also buy fishing permits, starter packs and bait and there is also souvenirs, ice creams, post cards, soft toys, some groceries such as bread and milk and frozen products. Also grab essential toiletries.

Kielder General Store, Station Garage, Kielder also has a range of provisions. Open Monday 9am to 5pm; Tuesday closed; Wednesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm; Sunday 10am to 4pm. 

The post office in Kielder village is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 09.30 to 4.00 ; Tuesday 9.30 to midday & Saturday 9.30 to 1pm

Falstone Team Room sell basic groceries and cleaning products as well as firelighters and logs.
