Kielder Cottage is a beautiful 200-year-old stone cottage with spectacular views overlooking Kielder Water and Forest. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard but has lost none of its charm and features an original cast iron open fireplace.
We can accommodate six guests in two double bedrooms and one twin room. 2 well behaved pets are also welcome.
Kielder Cottage enjoys fabulous dark skies and is conveniently located for the award-winning Kielder Observatory. The cottage is the perfect base for outdoor activities including cycling, walking and exploring and also provides a tranquil haven for those wishing to relax. Enjoy breathtaking views of Kielder Water from our outdoor sofa together with evenings stargazing or snuggled in front of a cosy fire.
Kielder Waters 26-mile Lakeside Way is accessible from the cottage and incorporates Kielder Art Trail, Kielder Castle and Visitor Centres. Falstone Village and 2 local pubs are within 1 mile. The market town of Bellingham is 9 miles distant and has a variety of shops. pubs and cafes together with Heritage Visitor Centre and Hareshaw Linn Waterfall.
